rent a room? what room?.. stupid…
AStA-Indoor-Camp from 17th-23rd of october 2011
You’re about to start your studies in Frankfurt and still have no place to stay? The only offers are way outside town or you just arrived and have no idea how to find a room at all?
Fucked up situation. Especially for the first week when you gotta try find your way around and there’s loads of things you need to deal with.
At least for this week we – that is: AStA (student union) – like to get you out of trouble and provide sleeping-places for as many as possible. In this way we also draw attention to the unbearable housing-policy in Frankfurt.
We invite you to stay with us in the house of students on campus Bockenheim for the first week of semester in University. From here you get to your courses in no time, there’s a board of information about flats, shared appartments, communities, breakfast and dinner. You can also watch movies, take part in workshops or have some drinks in the night. So even if you got a spot already, it’s worth dropping by!
Where: Studierendenhaus on campus Bockenheim, Mertonstraße 26, Frankfurt.
When: from 10 am on the 17th of october till the 23rd of october.
You need: sleeping-bag and camping mat, no (!!!) tent.

AStA-Indoor-Camp vom 17.-23. Oktober 2011
Die Uni geht los und Du hast immernoch keine Bleibe in Frankfurt gefunden? Jetzt musst Du jeden Tag von außerhalb in die Stadt pendeln?
Ätzend, besonders in der ersten Woche, wenn man sich orientieren will und ohnehin schon alle Hände voll zu tun hat.
Wenigstens in dieser ersten Woche wollen wir, der AstA, Dich aus der Misere befreien, eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bieten und damit auch auf die unerträgliche Wohnungspolitik in Frankfurt aufmerksam machen.
Deshalb laden wir Dich ein, die erste Uniwoche mit uns im Studierendenhaus auf dem Campus Bockenheim zu verbringen. Von hier aus erreichst Du Deine Seminare schneller, kannst auf Wohnungssuche gehen, hier gibt es eine WG-Börse, Frühstück und Abendessen. Außerdem werden Filme gezeigt, Workshops und Barabende veranstaltet. Auch wenn Du schon ein Dach über dem Kopf hast, loht es sich also, vorbeizuschauen!

Wann: Anreise am 17.10. ab10:00 – Abreise am 23.10.
Mitbringen: Schlafsack, Isomatte, kein (!!!) Zelt
